Angel Des Lacs: Fantastic Fishing Holidays in France

Our fantastic fishing lakes are set in the beautiful French countryside just south of Paris. We make sure that they are never over fished. Making them perfect for week long camping trips for upto four people. Lake Rental (four people) £1000. We only take 12 bookings a year, meaning our lakes are never over fished.

Our lakes are teeming with big, healthy fish: Carp, Pike, Roche, Rud, Tench & more. We’ve very recently restocked some of our lakes with 40 (25 - 35lb) Carp just to make extra sure our lakes are in the very best condition they can be.

Our records currently stand at: 50lb for Common Carp, 56lb for Mirror Carp, 36lb for Grass Carp & 30lb for Ghost Carp! Phew!

We specialise in providing "Drive & Surivive' holidays. This saves you money and means you can get back to nature and concentrate on fishing. You bring the tents, food, sleeping bags, etc... and we'll provide the wonderful location, and two lakes teeming with fish. But don't worry if you forget anything though, we've got most things available to you on site or very close by. Our bait shop and bait boat rentals are always there, we can also provide a tasty breakfast

New to fishing? Or need a bit of luxury?

If you’re new to fishing, or you fancy a bit more luxury than your trusty old tent, then you'll be delighted to know there is a hotel, a supermarket, some fast food outlets and a Go-Karting track all within walking distance, and we have an English fishing instructor on site who'll be there to help.

How to find Angel des Lacs

We're located in thepicturesque little town of Joigny. Joigny is lively little town with a good market, a contemporary art museum and plenty of waterway activity as the Canal de Bourgogne begins here

Angel des Lacs is about an hour and a half south of Paris. Follow the A1 from Calais to Paris, then simply follow the A6 south until Junction 18 (Joigny/Toucy).
